With the examination period now entering its final stages, we encourage everyone to begin preparing a clear summary of their key outstanding concerns. There is no need for lengthy submissions—just a few lines setting out what you believe National Grid has not resolved or properly engaged with will be sufficient.
These final submissions are an important opportunity to ensure that the Examining Authority fully understands the issues that remain outstanding.
If you are able to do so, it may also be helpful to contact your District and County councillors to ensure they continue to press as strongly as possible for necessary changes and proper scrutiny of the proposal.
Deadline 7 is midnight on 29 April, with the examination closing on 5 May 2026.
