SEAS does not have a formal constitution as is common with local campaign groups. We plan in future to produce an annual report which will include income received through donations and categories of expenditure as well as a description of the main campaign activities over the last year. On the back of that there will be an annual meeting to which all supporters are invited. In that connection the overwhelming majority, possibly all subscribers to our emails are supporters and will be treated and counted as such. If you subscribe to our emails for other reasons we ask that you make that clear by emailing us at info@
SEAS is a community group set up in 2019 to campaign against the severe adverse impacts of National Grid and Government’s ill-conceived and outmoded plans for onshoring electricity generated by North Sea wind farms. It promotes better solutions which would avoid or reduce damage to the natural environment and local communities. Specifically it favours integration, off-shore grids and other offshore solutions and use of brownfield sites closer to where the power is needed. It does not oppose but rather supports offshore clean energy.
Supporters can register as such and become involved simply by subscribing to receive our regular newsletters at info@
There is no charge. Existing subscribers do not need to do anything.
Suffolk Energy Action Solutions Limited is a non-profit making company limited by guarantee set up for the sole purpose of operating a bank account to receive donations and disburse monies to fund the campaign.

SEAS will regularly inform its supporters by email newsletter of its main activities and other matters which may be of interest.
